Boxing as the best way to resocialization of difficult youth from crossborder area
European Development Foundation in partnership with Základná škola - Grundschule from Slovakia since 01.2016 until 05.2016 has implemented the project "Boxing as the best way to resocialization of difficult youth from the crossborder area" which was co-financed by the Visegrad Fund of the Visegrad Fund.
The main aim of the project was to support the difficult youth from the Polish Slovakian borderland and to encourage them to control emotion. The activities envisaged in the project included the organization of martial arts workshops in Poland and Slovakia, which ended with a Fighting Gala in Nowy Sącz. Psychological coaching was also provided for young people. The realization of the design assumptions has contributed to limiting the spread of pathological phenomena among Polish and Slovak families by presenting young people with attractive and safe forms of leisure.
